Here we briefly explain how Testa IPTV handles personal data.

The contact form
- Data: what you write in the form (name if you give it, email address, subject and message).
- Purpose: to read and reply to your message.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- Recipients: the form is sent via the form service Web3Forms (as a data processor) to our mailbox. Web3Forms is operated by Web3Creative and processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement that refers to the EU standard contractual clauses. Data may therefore be processed outside the EU/EEA, and submissions may be stored by the service for up to three years.
- Retention period: We keep the message for as long as needed to answer it and delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact with you. The form service may keep a copy longer under its agreement (see above).
Cookies and tracking
The site currently uses no web analytics or advertising tracking and sets no cookies of its own. Technical cookies may be set by our hosting provider for security and performance. Links to providers lead to other websites that have their own policies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or erasure of your data, request restriction of the processing, object to it and have your data handed over. Contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, for example the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
