The ten questions
- Who is behind the service? Company name, registration number, country.
- What rights exist? Can the seller explain what the service has the right to distribute? See Is IPTV legal?
- What is the total cost? Count the monthly cost, extra connections, apps and renewal. See how to calculate it.
- Can you try it? A trial period or a short period.
- What terms apply? Commitment period, cancellation, refunds.
- What does the support look like? Language, opening hours and response time. Test with a question before you buy.
- How do you pay? And what protection does that give?
- Which personal data is required? The fewer the better.

- How has the service performed over time? Look for reviews from several independent sources.
